BCI Bank
Location: Chifunde, Tete
Client: BCI Bank
Category: Renewable Energy - Solar
Designed and delivered a 20 kW hybrid solar mini-grid with battery storage and diesel generator (DG) backup to provide uninterrupted power for a critical financial facility.
Project scope included:
Installation of a 20 kWp solar PV array with high-efficiency monocrystalline modules.
Integration of a 55 kWh lithium battery bank for night-time and peak-load operation.
Synchronization with a diesel generator backup system and provision for future grid interconnection.
Supply and commissioning of hybrid inverters, protection panels, and monitoring systems.
The system ensures 24/7 reliable power, reducing fuel consumption by over 60% and providing clean, stable energy for banking operations in a remote location.

AENA – NGO Agricultural Solar Irrigation Program
Location: Nampula, Zambezia & Niassa, Mozambique
Client: AENA
Category: Renewable Energy - Solar
Supplied and commissioned 10 solar-powered irrigation pumping systems to support sustainable agriculture in off-grid farming communities.
Technical scope included:
Installation of 10 submersible solar pumps (1.5–3 HP range) drawing water from shallow and deep sources.
Deployment of solar PV arrays (2.4–3.6 kWp per site) with MPPT controllers for efficient energy use.
Construction of pump bases, distribution lines, and storage tanks for gravity-fed irrigation.
Training of farmers on system operation, basic maintenance, and water-efficient irrigation practices.
The program now supports irrigation for over 120 hectares of farmland, improving crop yields and food security for hundreds of rural households across three provinces.
